We contribute to inclusive professional integration

Plants & Fruits makes it a point of honor to promote hiring apprentices, trainees and pre-retirees by participating actively in their internal training. The profiles are varied; ages, origins... and equality is respected (particularly in management).

Our strength comes alive around the activity and the education with the young people of the territory - thanks in particular to visits from our en businesses offered to local schools/training. We also favor the inclusion of staff with disabilities, thanks to our partnerships with various ESAT for the maintenance of surfaces and exteriors.

Anchoring our CSR commitment

We offer our teams opportunities for citizen action in favor of the climate adaptation of the territories where they live and work.

Thanks to the annual CSR calendar set up by the COPIL RSE, employees have the opportunity to carry out collective, participatory or solidarity actions in favor of communities, associations and other activities related to commitments made by the Group.
