Traineeship
Each year, PMA28 invests in research in order to develop new crops and improve existing production through varietal selection, optimization of cropping routes, mechanical weeding, etc. Organic farming represents a growing area in our cultivated species with an exponential evolution over the past two years. PMA28 is permanently associated with new projects.As part of the development of the company Les Huileries de Beauce, we are recruiting an intern to accompany us on the experimentation part.

Your main tasks will be:
- Bibliography on the species concerned
- Proposal and implementation of trials (ITK, varieties): Identification of the different varieties and selection criteria
- Realization of the establishments and the follow-up of the trial in terms of the development of the culture and the sanitary state of the plots / Reflection on the maintenance of the plots, the mechanization and in particular the mechanical weeding
- Carry out observations, notations and field sampling based on the experimental protocol
- Enter, format, archive and process the data collected
- Interpret the results of data processing
- Calculation of producer margins and post-production costs
Other missions may also be entrusted to you within the agronomic department.

Required Skills :
You are training as an agricultural engineer, with a specialization in plant production.
Sensitive to organic farming, you are attracted by open-field experimentation and the challenges of this mode of production. Force of proposal, you have a good relationship with farmers and are sensitive to mechanization.
As a real project manager, your dynamism and your rigor will allow you to carry out your missions.
